Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@markingtime.com with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sample size oils and greases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
